Job Summary

Chemietron Clean Tech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and responsible Senior Accountant to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of GST, TDS, Tally Prime, MS Excel, and financial documentation, preferably with experience in a manufacturing or engineering company.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting, journal entries, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
- Handle GST returns, TDS, TCS, and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss reports.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor payments, and customer outstanding balances.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate accounting records, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Assist with internal and external audits and year-end closing.
- Perform inventory accounting and cost tracking, where applicable.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, and internal departments.
- Ensure timely completion of accounting activities and compliance with applicable regulations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- B.Com degree required; M.Com or CA Inter will be an advantage.
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS, and taxation.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Experience in bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and financial reporting.




- Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and maintain financial confidentiality.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial companies.
- Knowledge of inventory management and cost accounting.
- Familiarity with accounting documentation and audit requirements.
