Job Summary

We are looking for a Billing Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in the Building & Construction / Real Estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for preparing project bills, quantity measurements, BOQs, RA Bills, and maintaining accurate billing documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare RA Bills, client bills, subcontractor bills, and work bills as per project requirements.
- Take and verify site measurements and maintain measurement records.
- Prepare BOQ, quantity take-off, rate analysis, and quantity reconciliation.
- Check work executed at site against approved drawings and BOQ.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, QS, Accounts, and Subcontractors for billing-related matters.
- Verify subcontractor bills and supporting documents before submission.
- Prepare measurement sheets, abstracts, reconciliation statements, and billing reports.
- Track work quantities, variations, extra items, and deviations.
- Assist in preparing final bills and project-wise billing statements.




- Maintain proper records of all bills, measurements, approvals, and supporting documents.
- Ensure timely submission and follow-up of bills with clients and internal departments.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of construction billing and quantity surveying.
- Knowledge of BOQ, RA Billing, Measurement Sheets, Quantity Take-off, and Rate Analysis.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to read and understand Civil/Architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of billing procedures for building and real estate projects.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in calculations.

Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in building construction, residential/commercial projects, real estate, EPC, or infrastructure projects will be preferred.
