Role Overview

The Territory Manager - Distribution & Operations will be responsible for managing stockist and delivery partner networks, overseeing inventory and last-mile delivery operations, and driving sales through the Dharmalife Entrepreneur (DLE) network across the assigned region. The role requires strong experience in business logistics, partner onboarding, operational management, and rural market development.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, onboard, and manage stockists, distributors, delivery partners, and business partnerships across the assigned region.
- Appoint, activate, develop, and retain Dharmalife Entrepreneurs (DLEs) to drive rural sales and market penetration.
- Drive regional sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure sustainable business growth and profitability.
- Manage stock movement, inventory reconciliation, physical stock audits, and resolution of stock discrepancies.
- Plan and monitor daily deliveries, ensuring timely execution, adherence to delivery TATs, and 100% delivery confirmation.
- Coordinate with MFI branch teams, stockists, delivery partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Monitor delivery costs, optimise routes, manage partner charges, and improve operational efficiency within approved budgets.
- Coordinate manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, training, deployment, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, operational processes, documentation, and audit requirements.
- Resolve operational disputes relating to stock shortages, damaged goods, failed deliveries, billing, and partner performance.
- Monitor operational KPIs, prepare MIS reports, and implement corrective actions to improve service quality and productivity.
- Ensure adherence to the approved beat plan and conduct regular field visits across the assigned region.

- Experience in partner relationship management, last-mile delivery, and operational coordination.
- Knowledge of inventory management, stock reconciliation, and physical stock audits.
- Strong understanding of sales operations, rural distribution, and market development.
- Ability to manage teams, operational planning, delivery performance, and cost efficiency.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and dispute-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, operational dashboards, inventory systems, and delivery management portals.
- Good knowledge of the assigned geographical area and a strong local network.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.

Location & Travel

- Location: As per assigned region/cluster.
- Extensive daily travel within the assigned cluster, including villages, MFI branches, stockists, and delivery partner locations.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
