Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Project Engineer / Draughtsman with a minimum of 4 years of experience in an architectural firm. The ideal candidate should have strong technical drawing skills, expertise in AutoCAD, and the ability to coordinate effectively with vendors and site teams.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Tech / D.Arch / B.Sc. in Interior Design / Diploma in a relevant field.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience.
- Prior experience in an architectural firm is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Handle site coordination and communicate effectively with site teams.
- Work with K-SMART-related processes and documentation.
- Prepare and develop detailed working drawings.
- Ensure accuracy and quality in technical drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and other project stakeholders to meet project requirements and timelines.
Required Technical Skills
- AutoCAD: Expert-level proficiency is mandatory.
- SketchUp: Good working knowledge.
- Lumion: Knowledge of 3D visualization and rendering.
- Experience with 3ds Max or other rendering software will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Solid interest and expertise in architectural working drawings.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a practical understanding of site execution.
