Job Description – Project Engineer

Job Summary :

Technosys Group is looking for a technically competent and experienced professional for its Public Address (PA) and Variable Message Display (VMD) Project in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. The candidate will be responsible for installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of PA and VMD systems, ensuring smooth project execution and system availability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of PA systems, including amplifiers, speakers, microphones, controllers, and associated equipment.
- Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of VMD/LED display systems, including controllers, communication interfaces, and display units.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure system uptime and operational reliability.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and communication-related faults.
- Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, site teams, and project management for technical support and issue resolution.
- Conduct routine inspections and system performance checks at project sites.
- Maintain daily progress reports, maintenance logs, fault reports, and equipment records.
- Support integration of PA and VMD systems with other project infrastructure, wherever required.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications,



quality standards, safety procedures, and client requirements.
- Provide timely updates to the reporting manager regarding site progress, pending issues, and technical escalations.

Required Qualifications and Skills :

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in PA systems, VMD/LED displays, ELV systems, or similar infrastructure projects.
- Practical knowledge of PA equipment, amplifiers, speakers, controllers, and audio distribution systems.
- Familiarity with LED display technology, VMD controllers, communication interfaces, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Basic understanding of networking, IP configuration, LAN connectivity, and system integration.
- Ability to prepare technical reports and maintain project documentation.
- Good coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work at the Ayodhya project site and travel locally as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

Candidates with hands-on experience in smart city projects, public infrastructure, traffic management systems, PA systems, VMD installations, or ELV projects will be preferred.
