About us. e Design Services is a growing electrical and technical contracting firm in Hyderabad, delivering commercial renovations and corporate utility upgrades. We are rolling out our own in-house ERP and need a sharp, careful accountant to own our books and statutory compliance work.

What you'll do

- Keep daily books in Tally Prime: sales, purchase, journal, bank and cash vouchers, with weekly bank reconciliation
- Raise sales invoices, record and file vendor and purchase bills, track receivables and vendor payments, and maintain explicit ledgers
- Generate e-way bills for materials moving to project sites
- Prepare GST sales and purchase registers and reconcile purchases against GSTR-2B for our CA
- Handle day-to-day PF and ESIC work with management approval: new-joiner and exit updates (UAN, ESIC IP number), monthly return files and challans, and contribution records; prepare Professional Tax data
- Maintain master data in our in-house ERP (vendors, clients, materials, employees, attendance) and keep it matched to Tally
- Match vendor bills to purchase orders and coordinate with vendors and site supervisors
- Close each month on a checklist and send a weekly cash and receivables summary





What we're looking for

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent
- 1–2 years' hands-on Tally Prime and GST accounting
- Independent e-way bill experience
- Working knowledge of PF, ESIC and Professional Tax (Telangana) is preferred
- Good Excel; comfortable learning a new ERP
- Careful, honest, and able to own deadlines; English plus Telugu or Hindi
- Good to have: contracting or construction accounting experience

What we offer

- Fixed monthly salary of ₹20,000–25,000 (gross), depending on experience
- 3-month probation, then confirmation with Provident Fund (EPF)
- Notice period: 15 days during probation, 30 days after confirmation
- Clear ownership of your work and a structured first 90 days

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
