We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Manager to drive membership sales, generate leads, manage the sales team, and grow revenue at PB Fitness – Naari Akhada.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into memberships.
- Promote gym memberships, personal training, and fitness packages.
- Manage and motivate the sales team.
- Build customer relationships and drive renewals and referrals.
- Maintain daily sales reports and follow up on leads.
- Develop local partnerships and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of sales experience; fitness industry experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Robust customer relationship and target-achievement abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and sales reporting.
