Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and well-organised Branding & Event Coordinator to manage brand promotion activities, coordinate corporate events, and ensure consistent brand visibility across our branches and business units.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate corporate events, product launches, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate branding materials such as banners, flex boards, standees, posters, signage, and promotional displays.
- Liaise with vendors, designers, printing agencies, photographers, and event management teams.
- Coordinate event logistics, venue arrangements, budgets, schedules, and on-site execution.
- Work closely with internal teams and branch managers to implement branding activities across locations.
- Coordinate social media content, event photography, videos, and promotional creatives.
- Monitor vendor quotations, expenses, material delivery, and event budgets.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing and promotional materials.
- Prepare event reports, maintain documentation,



and evaluate promotional activities.
- Travel to branches and event locations as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Experience in branding, event management, marketing, or promotional activities is preferred.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of branding materials, social media, and promotional campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting.
- Creative thinking, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel and support events as required.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred; relevant freshers may also apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
