Position: HR Recruiter

Requirements:

* Postgraduate degree (MBA in HR or equivalent)

* Proficient in English, Kannada, Tamil, Hindi Added Advantage

* Solid communication and interpersonal skills

* Good knowledge of *MS Office* (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

* Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

* Experience in HR tools or Job portals is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

* End-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews

* Preparing and issuing offer letters, appointment letters

* Handling onboarding formalities and employee induction

* Maintain HR files, employee records (digital & physical)

* Process documentation related to P0F, ESI, insurance, etc.

* Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies





* Coordinate with clients (in staffing/recruitment firms) or internal teams

* Support payroll processing by providing required data

* Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment or HR activity reports

* Maintain trackers for attendance, leave, recruitment status, etc.

* Plan and organize internal employee engagement events

* Handle grievance redressal, feedback collection.

Office Time - 9:15 to 6:30

Monday - Saturday (Sunday off)
