DRUIDS | Full-time

DRUIDS is a growing sports brand creating products for people who live and play sport. We’re looking for a talented Product Designer with sportswear design experience and a genuine sports background to help develop our next generation of products.

This is an apparel design role. Professional experience designing sportswear, activewear or performance garments is essential. Graphic design, branding and UI/UX experience alone do not qualify.

You’ll take ideas from early concepts through to finished products: researching trends, developing designs, preparing technical packs and working with our product and factory teams to bring ranges to life. Experience designing shoes would be a welcome extra.

What you’ll do

- Design original sportswear across categories such as golf, padel, fitness and fishing.
- Develop concepts, colourways, graphics, materials and product details that fit the DRUIDS brand.
- Turn approved concepts into clear technical packs, specifications and artwork.
- Work with product development, sourcing and factory teams on samples, fit, materials and revisions.
- Research sports, athletes, customers and market trends to identify new product opportunities.
- Review samples and help ensure products meet our quality, performance and design standards.




- Keep design files, product specifications and range information organised and up to date.

What we’re looking for

- Sportswear design experience is essential.
- A genuine background in sport is essential—through playing, competing, coaching or working in the sports industry.
- A portfolio showing original sportswear designs and product development work.
- Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; experience with 3D or CAD tools is an advantage.
- An understanding of fabrics, materials, garment construction, fit and performance.
- Experience creating technical packs and working with manufacturers.
- A practical, organised approach and the ability to manage several projects at once.
- Strong communication skills and a cooperative attitude.
- Footwear design experience is an advantage, but is not essential.
