Job Title: CDP – Indian & Tandoor

We hiring an experienced CDP – Indian & Tandoor for one of our growing restaurant and hospitality clients in Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle preparation and cooking of Indian and Tandoor dishes.
- Strong knowledge of Indian curries, gravies, kebabs, tikkas and tandoori preparations.
- Manage mise-en-place and ensure smooth execution during service.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portioning and presentation.
- Assist with kitchen planning, preparation and day-to-day operational requirements.
- Monitor food storage, hygiene, cleanliness and food-safety standards.
- Control wastage and ensure efficient utilisation of ingredients.
- Coordinate with DCDP,



Commis and other kitchen team members.
- Handle kitchen responsibilities independently during busy service hours.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Indian and Tandoor cuisine.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of both Indian gravies and Tandoor.
- Experience in a restaurant/hotel kitchen environment.
- Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Ability to handle pressure and work as part of a team.
- Immediate or early joiners preferred.
