Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Chief Security Officer (CSO) to oversee security operations across our manufacturing facilities. The candidate will be responsible for site security, manpower management, access control, safety coordination, incident handling, and ensuring effective implementation of security procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Security Operations: Oversee security activities at factory premises, entry and exit gates, warehouses, and other critical areas.
- Manpower Management: Supervise Security Officers, Assistant Security Officers, Security Supervisors, and Security Guards; manage shift allocation and deployment.
- Access Control: Monitor employee, visitor, contractor, and vehicle entry and exit; ensure proper gate pass and register maintenance.
- CCTV Surveillance: Monitor CCTV operations and ensure timely reporting of suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Incident Management: Handle theft, unauthorized entry, disputes, emergencies, and other security incidents; conduct investigations and submit reports.
- Material Movement Control: Monitor inward and outward movement of raw materials, finished goods, scrap, and company assets in coordination with Stores and Dispatch.
- Emergency Preparedness: Coordinate emergency response,



fire safety procedures, evacuation, and security support during critical situations.
- Discipline and Compliance: Ensure compliance with company security policies, visitor procedures, and site-specific security protocols.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with security agencies and ensure adequate manpower deployment and performance.
- Reporting: Prepare daily security reports, incident reports, attendance reports, and monthly security performance summaries for management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Graduate preferred.
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in security operations, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Experience managing security teams across factory premises.
- Knowledge of access control, CCTV surveillance, material movement, and emergency response.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple shifts and handle critical situations effectively.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in manufacturing, metal, steel, or industrial sectors.
- Experience handling contract security agencies and large security teams.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
