We are looking for an experienced Truck Dispatch Trainer who has strong practical knowledge of US Trucking & Logistics and can train students through real-world dispatch scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train students in US Truck Dispatching and end-to-end dispatch operations.
- Teach load searching, load booking, rate negotiation, and carrier coordination.
- Provide hands-on training on DAT, Truckstop, broker communication, and dispatch documentation.
- Explain US trucking processes, freight lanes, HOS, and day-to-day dispatch workflows.
- Conduct practical sessions, mock calls, and role-plays to build industry-ready skills.
- Guide students with real-time examples and help them understand the complete dispatch cycle.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of practical experience in US Truck Dispatching / US Logistics.
- Strong knowledge of DAT, Truckstop, freight booking, and rate negotiation.
- Valuable communication and training skills.
- Candidates with hands-on US trucking experience will be preferred.
