Job Description

- Operate and monitor VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines for machining operations.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, technical drawings, and job specifications.
- Set up machines, tools, fixtures, and workpieces as per production requirements.
- Perform CNC/VMC machining operations according to the production schedule.
- Check component dimensions using measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Height Gauges.
- Ensure product quality and maintain dimensional accuracy.
- Perform basic machine troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
- Follow production targets, quality standards, and workplace safety procedures.




- Maintain machine tools and keep the work area clean and organized.

Eligibility Criteria

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical qualification preferred.
- 2 to 5 years of experience as a VMC Operator.
- Knowledge of CNC/VMC machine operation and setup.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand tolerances.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and quality inspection.
- Knowledge of CNC programming and offsets is an advantage.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
