About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Magento Developer with 7–8 years of hands-on experience in Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining scalable e-commerce applications while ensuring high performance, security, and a seamless user experience.

The candidate should have strong expertise in PHP, Magento architecture, custom module development, third-party integrations, and e-commerce optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce websites and applications.
- Develop custom modules, extensions, themes, and storefront functionalities based on business requirements.
- Work extensively with PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and Magento frameworks.
- Customize Magento core functionalities using recommended development practices.
- Integrate third-party services, including payment gateways, shipping providers, ERP systems, CRM platforms, and external APIs.
- Develop and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs for system integrations.
- Optimize website performance, page loading speed, database queries, and overall scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and production incidents.
- Manage Magento upgrades, patches, security updates, and version migrations.
- Work with Composer, Git, and other development tools to manage dependencies and source code.




- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, project managers, and other developers.
- Conduct code reviews, write maintainable code, and follow coding standards and best practices.
- Support deployment activities and ensure smooth releases across development, staging, and production environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 7–8 years of professional experience in Magento development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce.
- Excellent knowledge of PHP, object-oriented programming (OOP), and MVC architecture.
- Experience with MySQL, database optimization, and data management.
- Strong understanding of Magento modules, plugins, observers, dependency injection, and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, XML, and frontend technologies used in Magento.
- Experience with Composer, Git, and version control systems.
- Understanding of caching, indexing, performance optimization, and security best practices.
- Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, testing, and production support.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Adobe Commerce Cloud.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and automated deployment processes.
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch / OpenSearch, Redis, and Varnish.
- Experience with headless commerce, PWA Studio, or modern frontend frameworks.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹76,000.00 per month
