Job Summary

Travancore Rural Development Producer Company Limited (TRAVANCO) is looking for a skilled and result-oriented System Manager to manage the company's IT infrastructure, software applications, network systems, information security, and technology operations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to coordinate with software vendors, banking partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, computer systems, networks, and internet connectivity.
- Monitor and support business applications, financial software, mobile applications, and management information systems (MIS).
- Coordinate with software vendors and banking partners to resolve technical issues and system integration problems.
- Ensure data security, access control, data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
- Manage IT assets, hardware procurement, software licensing, and technology-related vendor coordination.
- Implement IT policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and information security practices.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure minimum business downtime.
- Support branches and head office staff in resolving hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.
- Coordinate system upgrades, software implementation, testing, and deployment.




- Prepare IT reports, maintain technical documentation, and ensure compliance with applicable IT and information security requirements.
- Lead IT support activities and provide technical guidance to employees.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networking, Windows operating systems, and IT infrastructure.
- Experience in software administration, database management, troubleshooting, and IT support.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, data backup, access management, and information security practices.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple technical issues and coordinate with different departments.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in IT infrastructure management or system administration.
- Experience in financial services, microfinance, banking, NBFCs, or multi-branch organizations will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of MIS reporting, API integrations, mobile applications, and software vendor management is desirable.
