Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Network Engineer to manage, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure across global environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in network engineering, network management tools, and operational support, preferably with experience in Juniper switching, Juniper Mist Wireless, Fortinet SD-WAN, and Cradlepoint routers.

The role requires robust troubleshooting capabilities, a proactive approach to network operations, and flexibility to work in rotational shifts aligned with global service requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
- Configure, maintain, and support network devices, including switches, wireless infrastructure, SD-WAN solutions, and routers.
- Work with Juniper switches, Juniper Mist Wireless, Fortinet SD-WAN, and Cradlepoint routers.
- Utilize network management systems, monitoring platforms, and operational tools to identify and resolve network incidents.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA), incident management, and problem resolution to minimize network downtime.
- Monitor network health, performance metrics, alerts, connectivity, and service availability.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams, global stakeholders, vendors,



and service providers to resolve complex network issues.
- Follow established incident, change, escalation, and service management processes.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, troubleshooting records, configuration details, and incident reports.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to network reliability, monitoring, and operational efficiency.
- Participate in shift handovers, scheduled maintenance, and weekend support rotations as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Network Engineering, Network Operations, or Network Infrastructure Support.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise networking concepts, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and network troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools, network management systems, and operational support platforms.
- Experience with Juniper switches, Juniper Mist Wireless, Fortinet SD-WAN, and Cradlepoint routers is highly preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity, performance, availability, and configuration-related issues.
- Experience in incident management, root cause analysis, escalation handling, and operational documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global network operations environment.

Shift & Work Schedule

- Candidates must be comfortable working rotational shifts and providing scheduled weekend coverage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a technically strong network engineer with practical experience in enterprise networking technologies, network monitoring and management tools, and global network operations. Candidates with hands-on expertise in Juniper and Mist environments, Fortinet SD-WAN, and Cradlepoint routers will be preferred.

Important: Candidates must be comfortable with the specified rotational shifts, extended shift duration, and work-from-office requirements.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
