Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing activities, manage production teams, and ensure product quality and timely completion of production targets. The ideal candidate should have experience in garment manufacturing, surgical wear, non-woven products, textiles, or light industrial manufacturing.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan and supervise daily production of surgical gowns, reinforced gowns, patient gowns, leggings, surgical drapes, masks, and related products.
- Allocate manpower and production targets based on product complexity and delivery schedules.
- Monitor cutting, stitching, ultrasonic welding, sealing, assembly, packing, and finishing activities, as applicable.
- Track hourly output, production capacity, rejection rates, rework, and material wastage.
- Read and maintain production sheets, job cards, work orders, and batch manufacturing records.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) team for in-process and final product inspections.
- Identify production bottlenecks, low productivity, absenteeism, and material shortages, and take corrective action.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for basic machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain shift-wise and product-wise production reports.




- Ensure rejected and non-conforming products are properly segregated, documented, and reported.
- Follow hygiene, safety, traceability, and applicable quality procedures.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved within the planned timelines.

Technical Skills Required

- Knowledge of garment manufacturing, surgical wear, textiles, or non-woven product production.
- Understanding of cutting, stitching, ultrasonic welding, sealing, assembly, and packing processes.
- Ability to calculate production capacity, hourly output, rejection rates, and wastage.
- Knowledge of production documentation and quality inspection procedures.
- Basic machine troubleshooting and maintenance coordination.
- Basic MS Excel and production reporting skills.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma or Degree in Production, Mechanical, Textile, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant technical discipline.

Required Candidate Profile

- 3–5 years of experience in production supervision or manufacturing operations.
- Robust team-handling, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage tailors, helpers, machine operators, and other production staff.
- Good coordination and reporting skills.
- Experience in surgical wear, medical textiles, or non-woven product manufacturing will be preferred.
