We are looking for an enthusiastic trainer/teacher to develop school students’ English language skills, clear pronunciation, creative thinking, and confidence in communication. The trainer/teacher will deliver engaging, age-appropriate sessions that help students express their ideas effectively in classrooms and everyday situations.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach phonics and phonetics, including letter sounds, blending, vowel sounds, word stress, intonation, and clear pronunciation.
- Develop students’ listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills through practical activities.
- Build vocabulary, grammar, sentence formation, and conversational English.
- Train students in public speaking, storytelling, presentations, debates, group discussions, and impromptu speaking.
- Encourage creative and critical thinking through imaginative tasks, problem-solving activities, role plays, and creative writing.
- Teach communication etiquette, active listening, teamwork, and confident body language.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, learning materials, and activities suited to different age groups and proficiency levels.
- Assess students’ learning needs, monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain progress records.
- Coordinate with teachers and the academic team to support learning outcomes and student participation.
- Conduct related language enrichment, personality development,



and communication workshops.

Age-Appropriate Training Focus

- Classes 3–5: Sound awareness, reading fluency, vocabulary, simple conversations, storytelling, and imaginative expression.
- Classes 6–8: Pronunciation, spoken English, creative writing, group activities, and introductory public speaking.
- Classes 9–12: Presentations, debates, critical thinking, structured speeches, interpersonal skills, and academic communication.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field preferred.
- Certification in phonics, phonetics, TEFL/TESOL, or communication training is an advantage.
- Solid spoken and written English with clear pronunciation and a sound understanding of language fundamentals.
- Experience teaching school students or conducting communication skills programmes preferred.
- Ability to explain concepts simply and manage students across different age groups.
- Creative, patient, approachable, and confident in delivering interactive sessions.
- Commitment to an inclusive, encouraging, and child-safe learning environment.
