- Should be BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering with 8 to 10 years of experience
- Experience of Hi end office interior fitout works is preferred.
- Should be able to lead the team at site.
- Should have strong communication skill.
- Should be able to prepare the cost plan with all required details.
- Should have a strong communication skill.
- Should be able to submit monthly progress report as per client requirement.
- Should have sound knowledge of Autocad, MS office and other software.
- Should have robust knowledge of rate negotiations, quantification, change order management and project closure.
- Location is Yerwada, Pune.
- Candidate must be from Pune region only.
- Immediate joining / NP of 15 days is preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹75,000.00 per month
