We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Telecaller to connect with customers, generate leads, promote our jewellery collections, and invite customers to visit our showroom. The candidate must be proficient in both English and Marathi, with clear communication and a customer-friendly approach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to existing customers, prospective customers, and generated leads.
- Communicate information about jewellery collections, new launches, offers, and customised jewellery services.
- Invite customers to visit the showroom for product viewing and purchases.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Connecting with the leads and helping in conversion for genuine sales.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Maintain daily calling reports, customer details, follow-up records, and call outcomes.
- Update customer information and maintain an organised customer database.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams regarding customer enquiries and showroom visits.
- Encourage customer feedback,



reviews, and referrals wherever appropriate.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and positive approach during every customer interaction.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in spoken English and Marathi is mandatory.
- Good verbal communication and listening skills.
- Confidence in making outbound calls and speaking with customers.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to maintain calling records and follow-up schedules.
- Previous telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
