Job Summary

The Tele Caller Executive will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients and given leads, and achieve sales goals. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth by communicating our services/products clearly, handling inquiries, and coordinating potential opportunities with our operations team.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

- Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Actively reach out to potential clients, explain services/products, and achieve the goals.
- Database Management: Assist in building and updating a comprehensive database of companies and business contacts.
- Call Handling: Professionally handle incoming inquiries, route board calls to the appropriate departments, and maintain call logs.
- Client Relationship Building:



Establish a positive first impression, answer basic client queries, and maintain strong client communication.
- Assessment & Screening Support: Coordinate basic voice and functional assessments for candidates or client programs when needed.
- Administrative & Routine Support: Assist with basic documentation, data entry, typing, mail handling, and maintaining records.
- Meetings & Training: Participate in internal team meetings, skill assessments, and training sessions to improve communication and sales techniques.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Immediate Joiners Preferred.
- Fluency in English & Local Language: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone etiquette.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to engage contacts effectively, handle objections, and build rapport quickly.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace.
- Organization & Time Management: Ability to multitask, manage call lists, and meet daily outreach targets.
