Webzent Technologies is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to manage SEO and WordPress website development projects, handle client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and identify opportunities to upsell digital marketing and website development services.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of SEO, WordPress development, client management, project coordination, and sales growth. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely project delivery, maintaining client satisfaction, and generating additional revenue through upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple SEO and WordPress website development projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with SEO executives, WordPress developers, designers, and content writers.
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements, provide updates, and resolve concerns.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, quality, and overall progress.
- Identify opportunities to upsell SEO packages, website redesign, website maintenance, content marketing, and other digital marketing services.
- Build long-term client relationships to improve client retention and business growth.
- Follow up with existing clients to identify additional requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams to prepare proposals, project estimates, and service recommendations.
- Track SEO performance using metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and lead generation.
- Maintain project reports, client records, task updates, and performance documentation.




- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and meet client expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in SEO project management, digital marketing, client servicing, or website project coordination.
- Good understanding of SEO, including on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO, and keyword research.
- Working knowledge of WordPress website development, themes, plugins, and website maintenance.
- Experience in client communication, account management, or project coordination.
- Robust upselling, cross-selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO reporting tools.
- Ability to meet deadlines, solve problems, and work toward business targets.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with a digital marketing agency or web development company.
- Previous experience handling domestic or international clients.
- Experience in upselling SEO services, website development, and digital marketing packages.
- Familiarity with project management tools and CRM software.
