About the Company

Feelness India is a growing e-commerce and skincare business associated with the FeelSkin brand. We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented E-commerce Marketplace Executive who can independently manage our online marketplaces, improve product listings, coordinate orders and inventory, and help grow our online sales.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Nykaa and JioMart Etc.
- Create, update and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords, images and product attributes.
- Manage product catalogues, pricing, offers, promotions and stock availability across marketplaces.
- Handle order processing, cancellations, returns, replacements and customer complaints.
- Monitor account health, listing errors, policy violations and marketplace performance.
- Manage marketplace advertising campaigns, including Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads, wherever required.
- Track sales, revenue, advertising expenditure, conversion rates and product performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports using MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Monitor inventory, coordinate with the warehouse and ensure timely order dispatch.
- Check payment settlements, commissions, marketplace fees, returns and other deductions.
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams to resolve account, listing, payment and operational issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, sales, profitability and account performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 2 years of practical experience managing e-commerce marketplaces.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub and Meesho Supplier Panel.
- Knowledge of Myntra, Nykaa, JioMart and other seller operations will be an added advantage.




- Good understanding of product listing, catalogue management, pricing, inventory and order processing.
- Basic understanding of marketplace advertisements, promotions and sales growth strategies.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and data reporting.
- Ability to analyse sales data and solve day-to-day marketplace issues.
- Good communication, time management and coordination skills.
- Graduation is preferred; candidates with relevant practical experience will also be considered.

Salary and Benefits

- Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000, based on experience and practical skills.
