1. Job Summary

We are looking for a junior level BIM Modeller to develop accurate and high-quality 3D BIM

models for Structural and MEP. The candidate should work on Scan-to-BIM, CAD-to-BIM,





and BIM modelling projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, LOD

requirements, and client standards.

2. Key Responsibilities

 Scan-to-BIM / CAD-to-BIM: Create accurate as-built BIM models from point-cloud

data, laser scans, and 2D engineering drawings.

 Drawing Interpretation: Understand and interpret layouts, plans, sections,

elevations, and technical specifications.

 Model Coordination: Coordinate models with Architectural and Structural (AS)

models, identify clashes, and support clash resolution.

3. Technical Skills & Software

 Hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit.

 Working knowledge with Navisworks Manage for clash detection and model

coordination.

 Knowledge of Autodesk ReCap, ACC, and BIM automation tools is an advantage.
