Process: Australian Inbound Voice Process
Work Mode: Work From Office (5 days working)
Eligibility:
- Graduates preferred
- 1-5 years of experience in International BPO, Voice Process, Sales or Upselling, Customer Service
- Excellent English communication skills required.
- Willingness to work in rotational / early morning shifts
- Immediate Joiners
Role Highlights:
- Inbound calling with International customers.
- Providing information about the company services to customers, generating sales from potential customers.
- Resolving concerns of Customers and providing appropriate solutions.
- To handle escalation or complaints from customers related to their booking or shipment concerns.
- Exposure to International customers.
