Clinical Nurse Manager (Home Care Operations)

Reports to: Director - Operations.

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Work Hours - 9.30 Am - 6.30 Pm(Monday - Saturday)

Role summary

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Nurse-manager to lead our home visit nursing team and run day-to-day office coordination. You will ensure clients get safe, consistent, high-quality care at home, and that the office runs on clear processes and software.

Key responsibilities

- Manage the home visit nursing team: scheduling, assigning nurses to clients, supervising, and appraising performance.
- Ensure clinical quality: review care plans, visit notes, and incident reports, and handle patient or family escalations.
- Create and maintain SOPs for home visits, infection control, medication handling, emergency response, documentation, onboarding, and client intake and discharge.
- Coordinate the whole office: Client enquiries, admissions, billing coordination, nurse attendance, and communication between doctors, families, and staff.
- Use and manage software: run the scheduling, client record, and reporting systems, and suggest improvements or new tools.
- Train and mentor nurses and support staff, and keep them current on protocols.
- Track KPIs such as visit completion rate, punctuality,



client satisfaction, and incidents, and report them to management.
- Do home visits personally when needed, for complex cases, quality checks, or staff shortages.

Key Requirements

- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing /ANM with valid Kerala Nursing Council registration
- 3+ years of nursing experience, managing home visit nurses preferred.
- Hands-on home visit experience (wound care, injections, catheter and Ryle's tube care, and elderly care)
- Proven ability to write and implement SOPs
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Comfortable with software: MS Office/Google Workspace, and ideally HMS/CRM or scheduling apps
- Fluent in Malayalam and English

Preferred

Experience with NABH or home care quality standards

Experience handling a small office or admin team

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
