Job Title: Architect

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to develop architectural designs, prepare drawings, and coordinate with clients and project teams to ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate should have solid design, technical, and project coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, plans, elevations, and layouts.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
- Create 3D models and visualisations using SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
- Coordinate with interior designers, structural engineers, contractors, and consultants.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design accuracy.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes and regulations.
- Assist in material selection, project planning, and cost estimation.
- Review drawings and resolve design-related issues during execution.




- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and provide design solutions.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, budgets, and timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognised institution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant design software.
- Strong knowledge of architectural planning, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and applicable regulations.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Experience

Freshers or experienced candidates may apply, depending on company requirements.

As per experience and skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
