As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs. You will spend time analyzing requirements and contributing to the design of software applications that align with organizational goals. Your role includes continuous interaction with team members and other departments to ensure that the solutions developed effectively support business processes. You will also participate in discussions to refine application features and help guide the project towards successful delivery, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and user expectations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team to optimize development processes and outcomes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP UI5 Development.
- Experience in developing responsive user interfaces using SAP UI5 framework.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 as they relate to SAP UI5 application development.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori design principles and guidelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex UI issues within SAP environments.
- Experience integrating SAP UI5 applications with backend SAP systems and services.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP UI5 Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
