About the Role

AR Digital Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced, target-oriented Online Bidder to generate business opportunities, acquire international clients, and win projects through online freelancing and bidding platforms.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience with Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, or similar platforms, along with strong proposal-writing, communication, negotiation, and client-acquisition skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify relevant projects and submit customized bids on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other online platforms.
- Generate leads and acquire clients from the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and other international markets.
- Prepare compelling proposals, quotations, and project pitches.
- Communicate with prospects through bidding platforms, LinkedIn, email, and calls.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to develop suitable solutions.
- Handle client queries, negotiations, follow-ups, and initial project discussions.
- Convert prospects into paying clients and build long-term business relationships.
- Research competitors, market trends, business opportunities, and potential clients.
- Maintain records of bids, leads, proposals, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned monthly bidding and business acquisition targets.

Requirements & Eligibility





- Minimum 1 year of hands-on online bidding or business development experience.
- Practical experience with Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, or similar platforms.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, website development, or IT services is preferred.
- Excellent proposal-writing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented approach.
