Internal Audit Executive at NeoGrowth Credit Pvt Ltd

Role: Check that processes comply with SEBI and exchange (NSE/BSE) rules, find control gaps, and help fix them. It's a broking/NBFC-focused internal audit position within the Internal Audit / Compliance function.
Location and timing: Times Square, Tower E, 9th Floor, Andheri-Kurla Road, Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai- 400059, Maharashtra
Job Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
Experience: 1 to 2 years in internal audit, with broking, NBFC, or financial services background preferred.
Key responsibilities:
- Run internal audits for SEBI compliance and operational controls
- Test client fund segregation and CUSPA
- Review KYC, PMLA, and NSE/BSE compliance
- Conduct process audits, such as how client funds are allocated, and flag gaps
- Talk to process owners and document workflows as SOPs and flowcharts
- Build KNIME workflows to prepare and validate audit data
- Write audit reports with findings and practical recommendations
Skills needed: SEBI regulations for brokers, KYC/PMLA/CUSPA knowledge, Excel and data analysis, working knowledge of KNIME or similar tools, process mapping, clear communication with clients, and attention to detail.
Qualifications: B.Com or equivalent. CA Foundation/Inter is an added advantage
Valuable to have: Prior audits of stock brokers or NBFCs, and basic fraud detection and risk analysis awareness.
