Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented Restaurant Captain to manage daily service operations, ensure excellent guest experiences, and coordinate with the restaurant team to maintain high service standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant service operations.
- Welcome guests, manage seating arrangements, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Take orders and ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.
- Guide and supervise stewards and service staff.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and restaurant service standards.
- Assist with billing and ensure proper table management.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Captain or in a similar hospitality role preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Strong team management and coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant service standards and food and beverage operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Salary and Benefits
