We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive – Finance to join our finance and accounting team.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance and strong practical knowledge of GST, Tally ERP/Tally Prime, and MS Excel. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, GST compliance, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, financial documentation, and supporting monthly financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries, and ledger posting.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Prepare and maintain GST records, workings, reconciliations, and returns.
- Ensure timely compliance with applicable GST and statutory requirements.
- Perform GST reconciliation between books of accounts, purchase records, and GST returns.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and vendor/customer ledger reconciliations.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
- Verify invoices,



supporting documents, and accounting entries for accuracy.
- Conduct regular ledger scrutiny and identify discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports, financial schedules, and statements.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation for audits and statutory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2+ years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Solid practical knowledge of GST and GST compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel, including:
- VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- Excel formulas
- Data reconciliation and analysis
- Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Experience in bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Good knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Candidates with strong hands-on experience in GST, Tally, and MS Excel will be preferred.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
