Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms. The candidate will be responsible for improving brand awareness, generating leads, driving website traffic, and supporting business growth through effective digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Perform keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, competitor analysis, and website optimization to improve search engine rankings.
- Social Media Marketing: Manage social media accounts, create content calendars, schedule posts, and monitor engagement across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns using Google Ads and Meta Ads to generate leads, traffic, and conversions.
- Content Marketing: Develop engaging content for websites, blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
- Lead Generation: Implement digital marketing strategies to attract potential customers and improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Email Marketing: Create and manage email campaigns, newsletters, and customer engagement activities.
- Website Management: Update website content, monitor performance, and coordinate improvements to user experience and conversion rates.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and advertising dashboards. Prepare regular performance reports.
- Campaign Optimization: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPL,



conversions, and ROI.
- Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
- Coordination: Work with designers, content writers, sales teams, and other departments to execute marketing campaigns effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing; freshers with relevant skills may also apply.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads is preferred.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
- Understanding of keyword research and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other creative tools is an advantage.
- Analytical thinking, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Website traffic growth and organic search rankings.
- Number and quality of leads generated.
- Cost per lead (CPL) and cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Social media reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Paid campaign CTR, conversion rate, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Email open rates and click-through rates.
- Achievement of monthly marketing targets.
