Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead sales operations in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in the Power, Solar, Electrical, Building Materials, Construction, or EPC industry, with proven expertise in business development, channel sales, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Drive sales of Rooftop Solar, Commercial & Industrial Solar Projects, Solar PV Modules, EV Charging Solutions, and other renewable energy products.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct sales, dealers, distributors, channel partners, builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and industrial customers.
- Appoint, manage,



and expand the dealer/distributor network within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, EPC contractors, government departments, institutions, and corporate clients.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual business objectives.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Coordinate with the technical and project execution teams for site surveys, project planning, and successful installations.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, pipeline updates, and business reviews for management.
