Key Responsibilities:

- ERP System Management: Oversee the daily operations of the ERP system, ensuring its efficiency and reliability.
- Customization and Configuration: Tailor the ERP software to align with the organization's specific business requirements.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and address any ERP-related challenges promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand their ERP needs and provide tailored solutions.
- User Training: Conduct training sessions for staff to enhance their proficiency in utilizing the ERP system effectively.
- Data Integrity Assurance: Maintain accurate and consistent data within the ERP system.
- System Updates: Regularly apply patches and updates to keep the ERP system current with technological advancements.
- Reporting: Generate analytical reports to support informed decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

- Experience: A minimum of 3 years in ERP system management or a similar role.
- Analytical Skills: Robust problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
