Techwave IT Solutions is looking for enthusiastic Business Development Associates (BDAs) to join our growing team in Indore.

This is an opportunity to work with business clients, understand their challenges, and introduce them to technology solutions that help improve their business operations.

What You'll Do

- Identify and connect with potential business clients through calls, LinkedIn, online research, and other channels.
- Reach out to decision-makers, understand their business requirements, and generate qualified leads.
- Explain our ERP and business software solutions to prospective customers.
- Schedule product demonstrations for interested prospects with the relevant team.
- Follow up with prospects, maintain accurate lead records, and move opportunities forward.
- Work towards individual targets and contribute to the company's sales growth.

Who Should Apply?

- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, telecalling, or lead generation.
- Graduates interested in building a career in B2B sales and technology.
- Candidates with good communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- People who are proactive, target-oriented, willing to learn, and comfortable speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers.
- Candidates eager to learn about ERP software, business processes, and technology solutions.





Prior experience in ERP or software sales is an advantage, but it is not mandatory.

Salary & Career Growth

- Annual CTC: ₹3–4 LPA, based on experience, interview performance, and suitability for the role.
- Exceptional freshers may also be considered for a package of up to ₹4 LPA based on their interview performance.
- The first three months will be a probation period, with compensation structured as communicated in the offer.
- Upon successful completion of probation, continuation and the agreed CTC will be subject to performance, target achievement, and management approval.
- Opportunity to develop valuable skills in B2B sales, lead generation, client management, and enterprise software.

Work Schedule & Work-Life Balance

- Flexible working hours within the company's work schedule.
- Alternate Saturdays off to give you additional personal time.
- Sundays are fixed weekly offs.
- Full-time, work-from-office role based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
