- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.
- Execute work as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and site requirements.

- Coordinate with contractors, labour teams, vendors, and project management.
- Ensure proper quality of construction work and adherence to approved specifications.
- Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required at site.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site records, measurements, and work reports.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, and clients whenever required.
- Ensure compliance with site safety practices and construction procedures.
- Monitor project progress and report delays or issues to the senior management.
- Assist in quantity estimation, material planning, billing, and verification of contractor bills.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions at the project site.
- Coordination between client, architect, contractor and execution team regarding civil work.
