Role summary

RGB Global Design Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a client-focused Client Servicing Executive / Account Manager with 2–4 years of experience managing client relationships and accounts. This role is suited to someone who can understand client requirements, coordinate work across internal teams, keep projects moving, and provide clear, reliable communication throughout the client engagement.

Key responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and accounts.
- Build strong client relationships and understand their goals, requirements, and expectations.
- Gather and communicate client briefs, feedback, timelines, and deliverables to internal teams.
- Coordinate project progress and follow up with relevant teams to keep work on schedule.
- Provide clients with regular updates and respond to questions or concerns promptly.
- Manage revisions, approvals, and changes in client requirements.
- Identify potential account growth opportunities and communicate them to the sales team.
- Resolve routine service issues and escalate complex concerns appropriately.
- Maintain accurate client, project,



and communication records.
- Support client retention through consistent service and follow-through.

Required qualifications and skills

- 2–4 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a related role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience handling multiple clients, projects, or priorities at once.
- Good organization, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Able to manage expectations and communicate timelines clearly.
- Skilled approach to feedback, concerns, and service issues.
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and project or CRM tools.

Preferred experience

- Experience supporting clients in design, interiors, architecture, construction, creative services, or related industries.
- Experience coordinating creative or project delivery teams.
- Familiarity with preparing client updates, meeting notes, and project status reports.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
