Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee – Non-IT Research & Business Development Executive (RBDE) to join our team in Trichy. The candidate will be responsible for researching U.S. companies hiring for Non-IT positions, identifying potential clients, gathering job requirements, generating quality leads, and building business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Research U.S. companies hiring for Non-IT positions using Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, and other job portals.
- Identify job openings, analyze hiring requirements, and gather relevant information.
- Research potential clients and identify appropriate business contacts.
- Generate quality leads and achieve assigned daily research targets.
- Maintain accurate lead information and research data in Microsoft Excel.
- Use Boolean search techniques and relevant keywords to improve research results.
- Contact prospective clients and follow up on business opportunities.




- Coordinate with clients throughout the recruitment process until candidate placement closure.
- Build and maintain professional client relationships.
- Use AI tools, including ChatGPT, to support research and improve productivity.

Educational Qualifications

Candidates must possess any one of the following qualifications:

- B.E. – ECE, EEE, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering
- M.Sc.
- M.Com.
- MBA

Required Skills

- Strong web research and online job portal research skills.
- Basic knowledge of Boolean search operators such as AND, OR, and NOT.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT and other AI tools.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail, concentration, and time management.
- A proactive attitude with persistence in achieving targets.
