Job Summary

The Sales Admin – Tax will be responsible for managing sales documentation, maintaining CRM records, coordinating with clients, tracking receivables, and supporting the sales and tax teams with administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have strong organisational skills, good communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain and update CRM records, client databases, and sales reports.

· Coordinate with clients and follow up on pending documents, quotations, proposals, and payments.

· Prepare and maintain sales documentation, invoices, and client-related records.

· Track receivables, monitor outstanding payments, and coordinate payment follow-ups.

· Support the sales and tax teams with administrative and operational activities.

· Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipelines, and follow-up schedules.

· Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pending payments, and client status.





· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely client communication and service delivery.

· Ensure proper documentation and organisation of client files.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

· 1–2 years of experience in sales administration, client servicing, accounts administration, or office coordination.

· Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel.

· Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is preferred.

· Strong communication, follow-up, coordination, and organisational skills.

· Basic knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax will be an added advantage.

· Candidates with experience in tax, accounting, audit, business setup, or corporate services are preferred.
