Job Description
Primary Skills Indepth technical knowledge of BRIM CI and FICA modules Crossmodule expertise in FICA and FICO Optional experience in BRIM SOM is a plus Secondary Skills Strong stakeholder management abilities Proven team leadership skills Ability to collaborate effectively with Booking SMEs for Order to Cash and Payments processes Familiarity with Agile methodologies Experience in test management Skilled in cutover and deployment activities
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and manage technical and functional activities related to BRIM CI and FICA modules Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and Booking SMEs to ensure smooth Order to Cash and Payments processes Drive stakeholder engagement and manage expectations effectively Facilitate Agile ceremonies and contribute to Agile project delivery Oversee test management activities to ensure quality deliverables Plan and execute cutover and deployment tasks ensuring minimal disruption Mentor and guide team members to enhance performance and knowledge Identify and resolve issues related to BRIM and FICA modules promptly
