PT Ecological Services supplies and supports environmental equipment and systems, including water and STP monitoring units, solar systems, organic waste converters, and composting machines. This role is tailored to maintaining that equipment and supporting customer installations and service work. Company profile

Role overview

Lead preventive and corrective maintenance for company equipment, workshop assets, and customer installations. The Maintenance Manager will coordinate technicians, troubleshoot breakdowns, improve equipment reliability, and help deliver responsive after-sales service.

Key responsibilities

- Plan and track preventive maintenance for monitoring units, pumps, electrical panels, solar systems, waste converters, and related equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control-system faults; coordinate repairs and root-cause analysis.
- Schedule technicians for installation, commissioning, breakdown calls, and annual maintenance visits.
- Maintain service records, asset history, maintenance checklists, spare-parts inventory, and customer service reports.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for parts, repairs, warranties, and technical support.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to reduce downtime and repeat failures.




- Ensure work follows site safety procedures and applicable electrical and environmental requirements.
- Support customer training and explain routine care, operating practices, and maintenance needs.
- Track service response time, equipment uptime, repeat-call rates, and maintenance costs.
- Coach technicians and ensure tools, test equipment, and work practices are suitable for assigned jobs.

Qualifications

- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related engineering field.
- 5+ years of maintenance or field-service experience, including team coordination.
- Experience with pumps, motors, control panels, sensors, instrumentation, or environmental/water-treatment equipment.
- Ability to read electrical diagrams, equipment manuals, and service documentation.
- Solid troubleshooting, planning, vendor coordination, and customer communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.

Preferred

- Experience with STP/ETP systems, water-quality monitoring, solar equipment, or organic waste processing machinery.
- Familiarity with PLCs, telemetry, calibration, preventive maintenance systems, and service reporting.
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices and maintenance documentation.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
