This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ernakulam for a Sales Specialist. We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into bookings, and building long-term relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and direct customers and will play a crucial role in promoting the company’s services and building strong partnerships within the hospitality industry.

- Strong communication skills, negotiation and customer service expertise to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, close deals, and drive revenue growth.
- Build revenue through Travel Trade, Corporate and direct sales.




- Build lasting partnerships and develop new markets
- Lead sales initiatives and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Travel & Tourism, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales with strong Hospitality industry network
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
