Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
- Identify new business opportunities and foster positive relationships with potential clients.
- Create and implement marketing campaigns to promote products/services, leveraging various channels (digital, traditional, etc.).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging content, including website copy, blog posts, social media content, etc.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies and improve sales performance.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing activities, outlining achievements, challenges, and future plans.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles,



with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques across various channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently or as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
