- Three (3) years of knowledge in HMO PPO/Commercial, Medicare or Medicaid/Government payers or business office setting Advanced Excel & Access Database skills, Macro experience a plus Application of short sale funds to prepare a loan for liquidation Monitoring No-Master suspense, identifying funds belonging to borrower that the system posts to No-Master suspense Identifying rejected payments from all processes using Synergy Reports Working with Reconciliations to timely clear rejected payments from the Payment Clearing Account Accurately processing and closing all fundamental loan level tasks Independently researching and resolving outstanding debits and credits in the payment clearing reconciliation Taking routine incoming calls, research/resolve issues or forward to the appropriate party for resolution Reconciling Western Reports to remotely printed Western Union payments
