Job Overview

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and creative Event Anchor who can independently manage and host complete events from start to finish. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a great sense of humour, a solid stage presence, and the ability to engage audiences through interactive games, funny activities, creative concepts, and entertaining conversations.

The anchor should be capable of managing the complete event flow, keeping the audience entertained, coordinating with artists and event teams, and ensuring a memorable experience for everyone.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete Event Hosting: Independently handle and host events from the opening to the closing, ensuring smooth execution and audience engagement.
- Creative Ideas & Activities: Develop innovative concepts for audience engagement, including fun games, funny challenges, interactive sessions, quizzes, and entertaining activities.
- Audience Engagement: Keep the audience energetic and involved through humour, spontaneous interactions, crowd work, and engaging conversations.
- Artist & Celebrity Interaction: Confidently interact with Punjabi singers, music artists, influencers, celebrities, and other special guests.
- Event Planning & Coordination:



Understand the event brief, prepare hosting scripts, plan activities, and coordinate with the event team to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- On-Stage Management: Manage stage transitions, announcements, performances, unexpected delays, and last-minute changes professionally.
- Brand & Music Promotions: Integrate promotional messages, music releases, artist promotions, and brand activities naturally into the hosting experience.
- Improvisation & Problem-Solving: Think quickly, handle unexpected situations, and maintain the energy of the event under all circumstances.
- Content & Social Media Activities: Suggest creative moments, audience interactions, and entertaining segments that can also be captured for social media content.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Strong stage presence, confidence, and a lively personality.
- A natural sense of humour and the ability to make people laugh.
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop unique games, challenges, and entertainment concepts.
- Ability to independently manage an event without constant supervision.
- Strong audience-reading skills and the ability to connect with different types of crowds.
- Fluency in Punjabi, Hindi, and English, as required for the event.
- Flexibility to travel and work during evenings, weekends, and event schedules.
- Prior experience in event hosting, live shows, college festivals, concerts, or artist promotions will be preferred.
