Work Schedule - Working Hours: 2 hours per day

Flexible Timing: 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM IST

Work Mode: Online / Remote Preferred Candidate Location: Candidates from South India only. Commitment Requirements: Candidates must be available for the full contract period and consistently fulfil their daily work commitments.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging and interactive online tutoring sessions.

- Explain concepts clearly according to each student's learning level and individual needs.

- Simplify challenging topics using practical examples and problem-solving activities.

- Prepare lesson plans, practice questions, and revision materials as required.

- Assist students with homework, assignments, and examination preparation

. - Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support improvement.

- Encourage active participation and maintain a positive, supportive learning environmentenvironment.

- Communicate regularly with the academic team regarding student progress and performance.

- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and consistency throughout all tutoring sessions.



Candidate Requirements

- Preferred Age: 18–28 years.

- Location Preference: Candidates from South India only.

- Strong subject knowledge in Maths. - Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Comfortable communicating in English; intermediate proficiency is sufficient.

- A genuine interest in teaching, mentoring, and supporting student success.

- Ability to explain concepts in a simple, clear, and engaging manner.

- Valuable interpersonal skills and the ability to manage online tutoring sessions effectively.

- Basic computer skills; familiarity with online teaching platforms such as Google Meet is an advantage.
