Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google CES Conversational Agent, Intents, Entities, Flows, Prompts, Conversation Design.
- Experience in Gemini, RAG, Embeddings, Tool Calling, Multi-Agent Systems
- Experience in designing and implementing conversational interfaces and custom software solutions.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within conversational agent frameworks.
- Familiarity with integration of conversational agents into diverse platforms and environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Google CES Conversational Agent.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
A 12 years of total work experience with a relevant experience of 4 -5 years.
