Field Operations Executive – Cult Fit Audit & Tata Play Device Recovery

About the Role

Scoutworld Pvt Ltd is hiring Field Operations Executives for on-ground project execution across two projects: Cult Fit Mystery Audits and Tata Play Device Recovery. We are looking for responsible, proactive candidates who can conduct field visits, interact professionally with customers and centre staff, complete assigned tasks, and submit accurate reports on time.

Key Responsibilities

Project 1: Cult Fit Mystery Audit

- Visit assigned Cult Fit centres and conduct mystery audits according to the provided checklist.
- Observe and document the customer experience, staff behaviour, service quality, and compliance with audit requirements.
- Capture required photographs and supporting evidence.
- Submit accurate audit forms and reports within the assigned deadlines.
- Follow audit guidelines carefully to reduce errors and rejections.
- Coordinate with the operations team for clarifications, re-audits, and report updates when required.

Project 2: Tata Play Device Recovery

- Visit assigned customers or locations for Tata Play device recovery.
- Contact customers and coordinate visit schedules as per project instructions.
- Recover eligible devices and accessories according to the approved process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, recovery status, and unsuccessful attempts.
- Submit required photographs, acknowledgements, and field reports.




- Update the operations team on completed recoveries, pending cases, and customer-related issues.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 10th pass or 12th pass; higher qualifications are welcome.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Comfortable travelling across assigned locations in Bengaluru.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic smartphone skills, including using Google Forms, uploading photographs, and updating reports.
- Honest, punctual, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred for field travel.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete daily targets.
